Taylor Argent - BMX
Taylor is a member of the Centenary Plains BMX in Browns Plains in Queensland. Taylor began racing in the USA in 2000 and was Colorado State Champion 2001-2003 and was also the Western US Champion in 2002. Impressively Taylor also won the Redline Cup in 2002 and 2003 (Central USA). Taylor boosts that she has won many local and national races and gets a kick out of beating the boys! Proving ‘Girls Ride Hard Too!”
Taylor has been selected on the South East Queensland Talent Id Squad, another fantastic result!
Taylor recently rode in the Queensland Nationals at Redlands but unfortunately had a big crash in the semi final of the 13 expert boys so didn't make the final. She finished 3rd in the 17-19 girls cruiser class (rolled the last race as she was hurt from her crash). Her next race in a couple of weeks which gives her a little more time to heal. Better luck next time.
Congratulations on the great 2nd place result in the 13yo girls at the BMX Australian Nationals at Lake Macquarie. Keep up the great work Taylor and best of luck for up and coming events.
