Dirt Angels Terms and Conditions
Customers submitting a purchase order agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Dirt Angels reserves the right to make changes to the website and this document at anytime.
Dirt Angels offer on-line, phone and email purchasing along with shipping within Australia and New Zealand.
Orders for delivery within Australia are dispatched via Australia Post and arrive within 5-7 Days from dispatch.
Orders are dispatched within 1-5 business days or Order Confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.
Acceptance of Goods
The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage and must notify Dirt Angels immediately. Goods may be returned providing the garments are unworn with tags intact and accompanied by the receipt.
Dirt Angels reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Returns & Exchanges
We understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one. For this reason we welcome an exchange, credit note or full refund on online orders within 14 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original tags are attached and items are returned in unworn condition.
To ensure you receive your preferred exchange choice please email your contact details invoice number and details of preferred replacement choice (item name, colour & size). This will ensure your item is kept aside whilst we await the return of your garment. If the style you require is out of stock your replacements item(s) must be selected from the current range available. Alternately a credit note will be issued for 12months.
To return your preferred choice to you a postage & handling charge will be applied once we receive the item you wish to exchange. We will contact you to process your payment, please ensure Dirt Angels has your best contact details.
Dirt Angels will not be held responsible if the is a delay in delivery.
Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
You need to send the original or a copy of the receipt with your order.
In the event that your product is lost in transit, Dirt Angels will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Register Post.
We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your package for account to be credited.
Damaged or Faulty Goods.
Refunds will only be applied if the product is damaged or deemed faulty and Dirt Angels reserves the right to determine whether a product is damaged or faulty. Claims will be reviewed and a response received within 48hrs of the arrival at Dirt Angels.
Orders may be cancelled only in the instance where the order has not yet been shipped.
In the event that am item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Dirt Angels reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders. Dirt Angels will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.
Dirt Angels do not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website or any website linked to this website.
