Ordering: Terms & Conditions
- Payment will be accepted by cheque, bank deposit or money order.
- Postage & handling costs are added to the order price as follows:
- Payments are required in Australian dollars.
For conversions from other currencies, this currency converter may be used as a guide to the amount you will need to pay.
- Orders will be despatched after your payment has been cleared.
- Please allow 14-21 days for delivery of your order.
- We have endeavoured to ensure that our products are of high quality, however, if you find that there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will advise you accordingly.
- Returns policy:
- You may return new items within 30 days from when we despatch your order.
- We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item).
- Items returned to us must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt and a note that clearly explains why the item is being returned to us.
- Any items returned to us must be in the same condition that you receive them.
- On a case-by-case basis, we will determine whether to despatch replacement goods or refund the full or part payment.
- Dirt Angels is registered as a business with the Office of Fair Trading in Queensland, Australia.
- The laws of Queensland, Australia will apply to all trade with Dirt Angels. Customers must accept that, should the need arise, any dispute resolution will be resolved by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
